Got a call from someone claiming to be from Openreach, said I had to install an app so they could access my phone remotely. I kept him on the line for nearly 10 minutes before he just hung up on me - was aiming for a full ten! Sounded like he had a kind of frustrated Indian accent by the end, which was quite funny.
