I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from BT. It sounded fishy straight away - just another dodgy call centre pretending there’s some issue with their servers to trick you into giving access to your computer. Watch out for these scams!

yesterday I got a call from an Asian lady saying she's from BT openreach, but the number wasn't the same. today, an Asian bloke called me pretending to be from the same company. defo a scam going on here.
