On the 1st of November 2018 at around 2.09pm, I got a call from a firm pretending to be BT, trying to scam folks. They said my internet was going to be cut off that very day and told me to press 1 to talk about it. I did press 1, but as soon as I remembered reading about this scam, I just ended the call straight away. I've since blocked the number 01363 564863.
