Many have had multiple calls from different numbers in a single day. Users warn to be cautious and not engage as it’s a common trick to scam money. The recording quality is low and the whole thing is obviously dodgy. Blocking the numbers seems to be a common response among those who’ve received the calls.

Got a dodgy recorded call earlier saying it's from Amazon, warning that 'your Prime subscription is about to renew'. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. Sounds like a scam using a premium rate number. They even try to convince you to let them access your PC, saying it’s because of a fake renewal. This was the third time today I've been hit by different scam callers - all numbers I’ve blocked straight away.
