I got a call from a local number in Dereham where a woman’s automated voice claimed there were unauthorised and surprise payments taken from my bank account, mentioning Amazon and some overseas money transfer. They never said my name or specified which bank it was, which made me think it’s probably a scam. Honestly, I’d say it’s dodgy and best to just hang up and block the number so you don’t fall for it.
