Got a call from an Asian woman claiming to be from BT Internet, telling me there was a fault. She kept asking loads of suspicious questions. Seriously, who falls for this stuff!

Somebody rang up saying they were from BT Open Reach, even though I don't have their service. They tried telling me my broadband was on a certain channel, but that was totally wrong. Then they suddenly pretended they couldn’t hear me properly and just hung up, hoping I’d call again. Honestly, they should work on their acting skills! If it was really urgent, surely they’d ring me back themselves!
