I got a call on my mobile from what looked like a local Norfolk area code, so I picked up. It ended up being some business based in Solihull. When I asked how they’d gotten hold of my number and my name, they just hung up. Tried calling them back a couple of times, and they eventually admitted they were in Solihull but refused to share their real company number, saying it keeps changing constantly. Honestly, how come a number from Dereham, Norfolk, is being answered by three different people with foreign accents all the way in Solihull? Pretty fishy if you ask me.
