Got a robocall claiming to be from BT about some security issue with my broadband. I chose option 1 to chat with an "engineer." The bloke on the phone, who sounded like he was from South Asia, was trying to convince me there was a problem with my BT service. Thing is, I’m actually on Virgin Media! I called him out for being a scammer and he just cut the call. Makes you think, right?
