Ignored the call since the number showed up from a place I'm not connected with at all. Feels like it could be tied to some dodgy scam.

Got a call supposedly from O2, but it was on a different number than before. They called me on one number first, and when I played along pretending to not really get it, they quickly showed how unprofessional they were, getting a bit annoyed. That’s when I realised it was a scam. I ended the call, then they rang back from another number - same bloke. O2 wouldn’t use multiple numbers like that to call you. These scammers must be switching numbers all the time just to dodge being traced, so I immediately worked out it was a con.

I just received a phone call from someone claiming to be associated with Amazon. They mentioned that my account had been breached. The irony is, I've never even signed up for Amazon!

Someone called saying it was about my Amazon account, but I've never even had one! Just a heads up, watch out for this kind of call.
