Somehow, I felt like the bloke on the phone wasn’t real but just a computer-made voice. He claimed to be from BT tech support and said my internet would be disconnected in a day because of some hacking issues with my IP. Kept telling me to hit certain numbers on the phone. Having a recording wouldn’t of done any good, I reckon.
