Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, rang me from 01361 459399 and claimed my internet was connected to some international server. He asked what gadgets I use to get online but I didn’t say a word and he just dropped the call. Soon after, he rang me again on 01904 84131 and somehow knew my name, even though I never gave it out. Then he passed me to another guy who asked me to run some command on my laptop, which I refused. Definitely seems like a scam trying to get into your devices. Don’t let them fool you!
