Got a call from someone saying they were BT, threatening to cut off my phone and internet unless I hit 1 to speak with them. Funny thing is, I’m actually with Virgin Media! Seems like a classic scam trying to get you on a premium number. Best thing to do is just ignore it and if you’re worried, ring BT yourself directly.
