Just like everyone else mentioned, I got a recorded call pretending to be from Ofcom about my broadband. I didn’t stay on the line long enough to get put through to the "engineer".

Been getting these messages saying our broadband will be cut off in 24 hours because it’s been “compromised”. They come through every few days. We never bother with them and so far, our broadband's never been disconnected. Pretty clear that this is some kind of scam, though I’m not sure what they hope to achieve given I always ignore the prompt to “press one to speak to an engineer”.
