I rang BT about this suspicious call. It seemed like it was from a call centre, and the woman on the line had an Indian accent. She didn’t even know my name. She said that she thought someone was illegally using my BT internet connection. I quickly ended the call and then dialled 0800800150 to get through to BT’s fraud team to let them know what had happened. I’d suggest you do the same, just to keep things safe!
