For a third time, I reiterated my demand for him to cease his calls; however, he chose to ignore me and replied in a rather hostile manner, accusing me of depriving his children of food by not pursuing my PPI claim. He even threw in some colourful language for good measure, at which point I told him he was a right 'wanker' and to ‘sod off.’ He promptly ended the call.
