Received a rather dodgy call today, where the individual on the other end was probing for my bank information. He pretended to be from a so-called accident helpline, inquiring about a car crash that I allegedly had a couple of years back. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

the moment i picked up, they just hung up. defo scammers trying their luck.

i didn’t pick up since they never did my secret ring, so pretty clear it was a scam call. the number showed from ellon, which is nowhere close to me or anyone i know. seems like scammers are using numbers that seem local to trick your caller ID these days. after reading other comments, looks like it’s one of those accidental scam calls.

Not sure who it was, but the second I picked up, they just cut the call.

They said it was some kind of accident support line, but turns out this number is actually leased through some company - I think it was called "tommeeko" or something like that.
