Got a call from what sounded like BT tech support sayin they were gonna cut my internet off unless I pressed some buttons. Classic scare move, pure bogus. No actual person to argue with, just a robotic voice doing the usual press 1, press 2 spiel. Called back but blocked the number 1572 straight away. Total waste of time.
