I had a rather peculiar call earlier. The person on the line claimed to be from BT and mentioned they’d uncovered some issues with our broadband service. They assured me that it would all be sorted out in a few days. However, I can’t shake the feeling that this call didn’t originate from an official BT number. Quite fishy, if you ask me!
