Got a call from this number around 5.44 in the evening. It was some kind of robotic message claiming to be from BT about my broadband. I pressed ‘2’ to supposedly disconnect my internet, mostly out of curiosity since BT isn’t even my provider! Then the call just dropped. This isn’t the first time I’ve had these dodgy calls, probably the tenth by now - they’re relentless. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number.

I got a recorded call saying it was from BT, warning me my broadband would be cut off tonight. Thing is, I’m not even a BT customer! So yeah, I’ve just gone ahead and blocked the number now.

this person said they were from bt, claiming my internet would be cut off. honestly, i’m not falling for that nonsense. no way i’m calling 1 to speak with anyone about it either. just leave me alone.
