On 13/11/18 I got a call on my landline from someone claiming to be 'BT'. They said my info had been hacked and used abroad. They told me not to use online banking until I confirmed with BT Security by pressing 1, which I ignored. The caller was a woman with a nice clear voice. When I checked the number with 1471, it turned out to be fake.
