I got a ring from 01356552010 at twenty-five minutes to six on the 23rd of November, 2015. It was quite clearly a sales pitch regarding government-backed schemes for energy efficiency. The person on the other end claimed they employed a local number to entice people to call back for free! However, this is a blatant lie, as with numerous calls of this kind, the number is entirely made up.
