I answered the phone and a guy was on the other end wanting my full name and address. When I asked who he was, he just stayed quiet. I said I wasn’t going to give him my details and he just ended the call. Really strange, does anyone have an idea who this might be?

There was about 15 seconds of what sounded like a busy call centre in the background, then the call just suddenly dropped.
