Earlier today, I received a call from a company identified as 'Fire & Security Services'. The caller, however, refused to disclose her name. Curiously, they referred to me as Mr. Thomson, but that individual hasn’t been associated with this address in over fourteen years! Additionally, I've opted out of nuisance calls and registered with the Telephone Preference Service. It seems these chaps must be either randomly dialling numbers or relying on an ancient phone directory!
