They claimed to be from citizens advice but sounded like they were from somewhere in the Far East then tried pushing some deal on me. Doubt anyone legit from citizens advice would actually ring you up like that.

Got a call a minute ago which I'm pretty sure was about PPI. The line was full of background noise, sounded like a call centre in the background. I asked for the company’s name but couldn’t catch what she said, asked her again, and all I got was a bit of a garbled answer.
