Got a call from 01355 236094 supposedly from an HMRC agent. They claimed someone had used my IP address for fraud and wanted me to check on my computer. Told them no, I wasn’t having any of it, and they got quite rude right after. Totally a scam, don’t fall for it!

I just got a voicenote saying there’s been a complaint made against me by the cyber crimes unit for fraud. Honestly, sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me, and pretty ironic too. Then it told me to ‘press 1 to talk to a case officer’. I really can’t see this being legit - most probably just a scam, and who knows what harm it could cause.

Got a call the other day from 01355236094, sounded like some fake HMRC person. It was this robotic bloke asking me to chat with them. Whatever you do, don’t push any buttons to get through!
