Received a call on our biz line, which ain’t even with BT, from someone saying they were from BT’s ‘tech support’ saying our internet was down. I asked if he knew what the consequences of fraud were. He got silent for a moment then just yelled “f - off” and hung up on me.

I've been getting loads of calls from someone saying they're with BT, trying to sort out a broadband issue. The weird part is, our broadband isn't even through BT. They keep switching up the numbers they call from and just won't leave it alone.
