Watch out! Just got a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, trying to scam me. Complete rubbish. Don't fall for it!

Got a call from someone saying they’re from Amazon Prime, saying they’ve taken money from my account. Then they tried to get me to download some remote access program on my phone or computer so they could take control. Completely dodgy. If anyone rings saying this kind of stuff or pretending to be from your internet provider, just ignore and hang up. They won’t ever ask you to install any software. Same deal with the Microsoft ones - total scams.
