Got a couple of calls from some bloke with an Indian accent, claiming he could sort me out with some phone deal that was 40% cheaper. I didn’t quite catch which company he was with. Honestly, I’m so fed up with these dodgy calls. It’s about time the government cracked down on these scammers, they do nothing!

They kept ringing me three times straight but I just let it go to answer. Didn’t get any message either, quite pushy really.

So this number called me claiming to be from O2, offering a 30% discount. They told me they'd send a text with a one-time code and asked me to give it to them. I hung up straight away, but then they called back. I ignored the second call, but did get some messages that looked legit, like from O2 UK, with the right sender ID and all. Now I’m not sure what to make of it.
