Got a call from this number today, 19/12/22. I usually ignore calls from numbers I don’t recognise. Looks like it could be some kind of scam to me.

Picked up the phone and some bloke with a really thick Asian accent said he was 'Timothy'. He kept jabbering away but I hung up after about 20 seconds. It felt just like one of those scam calls I got before, so I didn't bother trusting him. The number showing up as Chatteris, right in the heart of the Fens, is probably just a cover for some company over in Asia somewhere.

Just got a call from 01354576015, and the bloke on the line had a really strong foreign accent, I think maybe Indian. He claimed to be calling from O2 with some deal about £30 off. I could hardly catch what he was saying, it was so hard to understand.

Got a really pushy robocall on my phone, telling me to press 1 to chat with an officer or else I’d end up in jail, supposedly from HMRC. It was really threatening and felt dodgy. They’ve also called me loads of times in the last couple of weeks from different numbers. I’ve blocked them now, but I bet they’ll just ring me again from some other dodgy number.

Got a robotic call accusing me of not paying tax and told to press 1 to dodge jail time or 2 for something else.. honestly didn’t stick around to find out. This number plus another have been pestering me daily for the last couple of weeks. Gah, these scammers really make things hard for small businesses like mine. Proper pain. Blocked now, thank goodness.
