It told me to press 1 to continue or 2 to decline. I hit 1, and the robot thanked me before saying I'd be transferred shortly. An actual bloke then came on, asking how he could help. I said, "You called me?" He repeated the warning about the hack but said he was there to fix it. When I asked how, he told me to open my computer so he could guide me.
