When I did, it just looped over and over. After it said they’d return the call once you’re waiting, another bloke jotted down my details. So I gave the number a ring on Sunday 19th April to see what it was about, and there was a recorded voice saying something about the Energy Department and to press 1. I just ended the call straight away.
