Someone rang up pretending to be from BT’s tech team saying there was a problem with my broadband. They asked me to give them a number so I could ring BT back to check if it was genuine - the number they gave was 01793596932. I’ve since tried to report both numbers to BT but apparently they’re not real. I didn’t share any details and had a look online at BT’s website, and there’s nothing wrong with my broadband at all.
