When I inquired about the monthly charges, the representative seemed unsure and when I asked if they were regulated by Ofgem, she mentioned they were an independent firm. Quite baffling, to say the least!

Received a call from this number insisting that I get in touch with them, claiming they've made several attempts to reach me. Quite frankly, that's a load of nonsense!
