Got a call from 01353741456 about some compulsory upgrade for my internet. The voice was totally robotic and told me to stay on the line to chat with someone. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it.

Today, I got a call claiming my internet would be cut off if I didn’t pick up. When I asked the bloke for a number to ring back, he just hung up on me! Definitely seemed a bit sketchy.

Today (12th March) I got a call from 01353741456, someone said they were from Ofcom and insisted I had to upgrade my internet. They also claimed others had been using my connection without permission. When I told them my internet was fine and hinted it sounded like a scam, they just hung up on me.

On the 12th of March at about 11.30, I got a ring from 01353741456 claiming it was an urgent message from Ofcom about broadband upgrades. It sounded dodgy to me, so I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a few calls last week from a number claiming to be Ofcom, saying they wanted to upgrade my line. After the third call, I just blocked the number. Seems like a dodgy trick.

On the 12th of March at around 10:38, I got a call from 01353 741456. The caller said they were from Ofcom and wanted to talk about upgrading my broadband. It didn’t sound right. I asked them why Ofcom would be calling instead of my actual broadband provider, and also asked who they were supposedly working for. Right after that, the call just dropped. I’ve since told Ofcom about the number, and they know it’s a scam.
