I've been getting numerous calls from this number, and as soon as I pick up, they just cut off! It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

Received a call supposedly from Vodafone, suggesting I could upgrade my plan early. Quite odd, considering I'm with a different network altogether!

Honestly, if you don’t bother leaving a voicemail, there’s no chance we’ll figure out who’s trying to reach us or what you need!

As soon as I answered, it just gave one beep then cut off - feels like one of those automated spam calls, maybe?

Got a call out of the blue, no one said a word, feeling pretty weird about it.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, saying they had a 40% discount for me. I had no clue what it was about because his accent was so thick I could barely make out a word. I even asked him to just speak proper English since I couldn’t follow a thing. After a bit, I lost patience and told him to shove his so-called discount where the sun don’t shine, then asked if he got what I meant. He said yes, so I just hung up and blocked the number. Oh, and just to be clear, I’m not even an EE customer!

Someone rang claiming to be from Vodafone, trying to find out what phone I’ve got so they could pitch an upgrade. I told them if they really were my provider, they’d already know that info. Then I mentioned the number’s flagged as spam, and they just ended the call.

01353523904 Got a call from this number and after reading other comments, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. They pretend to be from either Vodafone or EE. My experience went something like this: 📞 Hello sir, I’m calling from Vodafone Me: Ok, I’m listening Caller: We want to offer you a discount on your phone bill... Me: Vodafone, huh? Where exactly are you calling from? Caller: From Vodafone, of course. Me: Sure, but which city? Caller: I’m in London. Me: That’s odd because this number’s from Corby. If you’re gonna scam someone, you need to up your game a bit. 📞 Caller: Screw off mate, this is rubbish! Caller: Hello? Are you still there? 😂😂

I got a call from someone saying they were with Vodafone, offering some kind of deal. They tried to get me to tell them what Vodafone accounts I had, then claimed the offer would save me loads of money. When they asked for personal info, I refused and that’s when the tone turned a bit rude, which seemed off for a legit call. The lady had a strong Indian accent that made her a bit hard to follow for me. She kept telling me to just listen and not say anything, but she wasn’t really listening herself, especially when I asked why I should trust her. At one point, she said she’d send me an email to prove the call was real, but wanted my email address for that - which Vodafone already has anyway! Supposedly, she was from promotions and didn’t have access to account info, which I found hard to believe. In the end, I just hung up.

Got a call the other day from someone claiming to be from Currys PC World, trying to push a phone contract with supposedly amazing deals. They asked for payment right away, then £20 every month after. Seems like a total scam to me.

I saw a missed call and rang back assuming it was about a job application I’d sent off. The moment I called, I got stuck on hold with the most annoying hold music I’ve ever heard. Then it went quiet, no one said a thing, and just like that, they ended the call.
