My phone rang from this number and as soon as I picked up, the call ended right away.

I've been getting calls from this number like two or three times daily. I ignore them every time and they've never bothered to leave a voicemail. It's pretty annoying and honestly feels pointless, but still, it's quite intrusive.

last friday was mad, got like 3 calls in an hour all about accident claims, but from different numbers each time. i looked into this one and called the ico helpline. they said scammers use a computer system to change the number that shows up on your phone so it looks different every time. this one was pretty pushy, but ive also had threats from other people chasing me, saying they'll keep ringing until i actually file a claim!

Got another call today, from “motor claims bureau” this time despite telling them earlier this arvo to stop calling since the person they’re after doesn’t live here anymore. Absolute ambulance chasers just ringing to annoy. So, I gave them a proper sharp f### off this time.

motor legal services keep ringing me up nonstop asking for someone who moved out ages ago, and who i keep in touch with, so they know they'r wasting their time with this rubbish. i've told them more times than i can count, probably 20+, that the person isn’t here anymore and that they should take my number off their list. they left me alone for a short while, but started calling every day this week again - so now i just give them a mouthful and hang up. i’m well fed up of these annoying calls, it's just harassment at this point.

I got a call from some insurance firm about compensation for a car crash they claim was my fault. Told them to quit ringing me but the bloke on the phone was really impolite and just ended the call abruptly.

They kept ringing me up, saying it was about a crash from two years ago, even though the police and insurance had everything sorted ages ago. They had all the info - my name, number, car details. Called loads of times, sometimes during the day, sometimes late evening. A few times I picked up and there was just silence or it rang out. Properly taking advantage of older people like me.
