They rang me up on the 29th of February 2016 at about 12:40. A woman called me by my first name and said she was ringing about an accident I supposedly reported. I told her I hadn't been in any accident and before I could even finish my sentence, she just cut me off. So rude! I didn’t catch the company’s name, but the number seems to be from Ely, same as me. - caller: unknown
