I just got a missed call today at 10:02 from a number starting with 01353. Turns out, 01353 is the country code for Ireland, and 26 is supposed to be the County Cork area code. I gave the number a ring back, but it didn’t go through at all. Seems pretty obvious this is some kind of scam going on. I've blocked the number now to be safe.
