Just got a call from someone saying they’re from BT internet. It was that automated voice telling me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to BT or press 2 if I wanted to cut off my internet. Bit weird, wasn’t expecting it at all.

got two calls from this number today but let it ring out both times. i've blocked it now so hopefully no more bother.

I got an automated call saying it was bt internet and that there was an issue with my connection and it would get cut off unless I pressed 1 or 2 to resolve it. The call quality was really bad and I’m not a bt customer anyway. Plus, my talktalk broadband is running perfectly fine. So I just ignored it and didn’t press anything.
