I received a couple of missed calls from this number. When I tried to return the call, they kept hanging up on me. Eventually, I managed to get through to someone. It turns out they are a company called Kingswood or something similar, specialising in panels for roofing and walls. They said they couldn’t locate our account, to which I replied that we didn't actually have one with them. Their response was rather casual-“Oh, we’ll just remove you then.” I inquired if this was a sales call, and they confirmed it was, despite the fact that we are registered on the national opt-out list for calls! Quite baffling, really.

Their response was rather dismissive, saying, "Oh, we'll remove you from our list then." When we pressed if this was indeed a sales call, they confirmed it was, even though we’re on the national opt-out register!
