I just burst out laughing, and then he told me to be quiet - like, three times - and got proper angry. He said there was an issue with her internet and asked her to switch on her computer so he could guide her through fixing it. She declined and asked how she could be sure he was really from BT. He then told her she needed to listen to him. She replied firmly that he needed to listen to her instead, that she wasn’t giving him any details, and told him never to ring again.
