Got an automated message claiming to be from BT, saying my broadband was about to be disconnected because of some issue. It told me to press 1 to speak to an engineer who could fix it. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from some muppet pretending to be BT, saying they were gonna disconnect my broadband. Gave her a proper Yorkshire send-off and told her where to stick it!
