I got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent, spoke super fast and it was hard to follow. After concentrating, I caught that they said they rang from O2 to offer a cheaper mobile contract. Was definately an unsolicited call, so I just hung up and blocked the number right away.

Got a call from an Indian call centre woman, kept calling me ma'am here in the UK. Fingers crossed no elderly person gets caught out by this. I asked her to repeat herself a few times but all I got was “Auto something” which made no sense. When I finally asked what the call was about, she said some mobile phone discount. But why call yourself ‘auto something’ if it’s about phones? I told her no thanks, I don’t want a 40% off my monthly phone bill deal.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Phone House, saying they had a new Samsung contract deal for £38 a month. They said they'd cover my existing contract too. They quickly wanted my bank info, which felt a bit off. I told them to ring me back another time so I could check everything out properly first.

Had this guy with an Indian or Pakistani accent ring my landline, telling me there was an issue with my laptop - which is weird cause I don’t even have one. Then he got all shouty and started talking about a problem with my smartphone as well. I told him I’d report the number to the police if he didn’t back off. The moment I mentioned the cops, he hung up straight away.

01352 349928 just rang me trying to get me to switch over to a £7 a month sim but keep the same number… I’m pretty sure it’s the same person who called earlier from 020 3289 3565, pretending to be Vodafone (I was with them ages ago but left because their prices were crazy) offering an iPhone 14 for about £40 a month… didn’t say who I was with now, just told him my £9 a month deal works fine so thanks but no thanks… I feel like it’s the same firm… the Mold call also asked if they could ring me back later… I said no thanks. 🤦🏽‍♀️
