I've received calls from 01349 636356, which is based in Dingwall, Scotland, and from 02392 636356 in Portsmouth as well. Both seem to be dubious operations masquerading as Virgin Media. It baffles me how they manage to profit from this racket, but I suspect the phone call charges could be a part of their cunning scheme. Best to steer clear of them!
