Had this weird automated call that sounded like it was from BT, saying my broadband would be cut off in a day due to alleged hacking. Honestly, no clue what would go down if someone blindly hit option 1 and did whatever they asked - probably just a scam to rip you off or worse. Pretty dodgy if you ask me!
