I had an incredibly aggressive caller who brushed me off the moment I mentioned I was having some issues. My carer jumped in and demanded his name and a contact number since he claimed to be calling from BT’s main office. Strangely enough, both numbers he provided turned out to be "unavailable." He introduced himself as Andy Finly, but it all felt rather dodgy!
