Got a call about sky insurance, they claimed they’d reduce the price but didn’t know anything about my actual package or boxes. Then they asked for my bank info so they could supposedly send the money. Total con!

Got a call saying they were from Sky, but it felt dodgy so I just hung up. Later I phoned Sky myself and a customer service person confirmed it was a total scam and nothing to do with them. Proper cheeky these scammers!

Got a call from a scammer who wouldn’t take no for an answer. They said my sky dish insurance was about to expire and tried pushing some sort of deal on me. Pretty clear they were after my bank info. When i asked them what company they were actually from, they just hung up on me.

I got a call from some overseas call centre pretending to be from Sky, but as soon as I questioned them about what plan I had, they couldn’t answer at all. It smells like a scam, probably trying to sell bogus insurance. What they’re really after is your card or bank info so they can nick a load of cash from you. Honestly, the best thing to do is just tell them to get lost!

i keep gettin calls from broadband but they use a new number everytime, each one beginnin with 044 when i try calling back for the code so its clearly from overseas. they call me like twice a day for the last week. this really needs to end quick cos they said they have the fastest broadband in their ad but thats just not true!

i've been getting loads of calls daily from some people pretending to be from sky tv. they keep chattting about insurance for my sky box but dont even know which box i own. total rip off! all they want is your bank info for some made up insurance scheme! its so frustrating that you cant just block these annoying calls properly. driving me up the wall!

The chap mentioned it concerns our Sky television service. However, we're not even with Sky. Seems like it’s a bit of a scam, if you ask me.
