Got a call from a total scammer the other day. Some Indian lady on the line claiming they’re trying to reach every single person in the UK! Apparently, it was about anyone who’s made money in the last couple of decades - something about fishing. She said they were from Black Pearl Claims. After a quick search online, turns out these lot are proper dodgy. Loads of others seem to have been caught out by them too. The number showed up as Black Pearl. Avoid!

I picked up a call from this number the other day and after me saying hello a few times with no response, I finally heard a voice with an Indian accent say hello. Seems like some kind of automated system calling random people. I ended the call pretty quick, so I’m not really sure what the purpose was, but I definitely won’t be picking up if it rings again. - caller: 01347722059
