this morning i got a call from this number and they said they were from amazon prime. they told me they were gonna charge me another £39.95 from my bank so i could keep using amazon prime. but i actually pay for amazon prime once a year and not through my bank. definitely gonna reach out to amazon themselves to sort this out.
