Got a call from someone named Scarlett claiming to be from Safeway Guidance. She said she knew about my car crash and wanted to get more info from me. When I asked who had told her about it, she suddenly hesitated and then just hung up. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone called Scarlett Perry today. Just like what others have said, she kept interrupting me and I had to keep insisting (at least 4 or 5 times) before she finally admitted she was from Safeway Guidance. She kept going on about having info on an accident of mine that supposedly came from some 'RTA Department' or something, which I don’t even believe exists. When I asked where she got my phone number, she just cut off the call. Honestly, don’t give these lot any personal details, not even your name!

I work in insurance fraud, so I called her out on cold calling folks to push claims to solicitors in a dodgy way. She just hung up on me. Be careful and don’t share any personal info with these people. These claimant solicitors have been caught multiple times filing claims using people’s details without their consent and trying to get court payouts without them even knowing.
